Rhonda is a Clinical Aromatherapist, Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional, Certified Professional Food Manager. She is a ServSafe Instructor for the National Restaurant Association. Twenty years experience in Healthcare Foodservice and clinical documentation has given great background for keeping work spaces and environment clean, sanitized and safe. Good Manufacturing Practices are second nature. Rhonda is a member of the

Rhonda has met the standards as requuired by AIA for Clinical Aromatherapist.. Requirments include:
- Attendance of a Clinical Level school (minimum 400 contact hrs), including a minimum of 50 hrs in Anatomy & Physiology
- CPR/First Aid Certificate, updated annually
- 20 CPD's achieved during the previous membership year
